It is important to note that the qualification of a reconditioned machine is a more subjective process as compared to remanufacturing a machine. Regardless of the make – Shuttlewagon, Trackmobile, Rail King, or Switchmaster – most machines are eligible for some level of reconditioning. We put all machines through a thorough inspection process, including checks on the machine’s main frame, electrical system, power plant, drive train, brakes, cab, train air system, rail gear, hydraulic system, and couplers. In all, 176 different points are inspected.

Then, depending on the age, previous usage, and condition, most machines can be qualified for some level of reconditioning. We offer pre- and post-inspection documentation with every reconditioned machine purchase. In addition, we also offer reconditioned Trackmobile, Rail King, and Switchmaster models.

We welcome you to visit our Grandview, MO facility and see the equipment for yourself before buying.

Reconditioned machines are always subject to availability. Contact your Regional Sales Manager to schedule a factory visit and come see your reconditioned machine in person.
