Simply make adjustments to the axles to set the Mini Rail Train for different rail gauges.

Excellent rail carrying capacity

The Mini Rail Train can transport up to eight rails at a time, as well as the spine rail.

Easy train assembly

Quickly assemble the Mini Rail Train by rolling out the necessary number of carts, based on the rail length, along the rail; note that carts should be placed less than 40' apart. If you require 30 carts, for example:

• Include one hold-down cart and 14 carts with brakes
• For the remaining half of the carts, or 15, use carts without brakes

The center spine rail will act as the hard connection between the carts; rail can extend 10-15 feet past the end of the carts on each end of the train.

Automatic braking system

Carts equipped with failsafe brakes have emergency, or parking-side, air fittings that are hosed in a series. If carts ever become separated, air blows through the hosing, setting the brakes on all the carts.

In addition, the service, or pedal-side, of the brake system is set up with quick exhaust valves. After an operator applies brakes to slow the train, the valves allow for rapid restarting when forward movement is again required.
