High-productivity work rate
The Model F - Single Rail Anchor Applicator simultaneously boxes ties and applies two anchors on up to 600 ties per hour! This rate allows the operator to work rapidly, so newly-placed heated rail doesn't get a chance to cool - eliminating expensive reheating time.
In addition, the convenient access to the controls and the anchor placement work area directly in front of the operator add significantly to the productivity levels.
Multiple anchor types - one machine
Make simple adjustments to the anchor doors and chutes to handle most common anchor types, including Fair, Channeloc, Woodings, Unit and Trak tite.
Load once - complete several strings of rail
The hopper storage and the hydraulic dump bin hold enough anchors to last for at least two strings of rail.
