Nordco Releases Four New Product Support Bulletins

Nordco Inc. has released four Product Support Bulletins (PSBs) that address a range of required and recommended actions. A summary of each is provided below. For detailed information on these and all Nordco PSBs click here.
DIRECTIVE (Action Required)
PSB 2008-003: Anti-abrasion sleeve kit 98411100
Applies to all machines with batteries. Contact Nordco service for warranty kits, machine serial number required
PSB 2008-004 (Brake light wiring kit 98310007)
Applies to SP2R prior to machine serial number 310129. Allows brake lights to remain lit when electrical interlock button is pushed in. Contact Nordco service for warranty kits – S/N required
ALERT (Potential Problem)
PSB 2008-006: Cab latch mounting hardware kit 98412435
Applies to CX Hammer, C to CX conversion hammers, SP2R spike pullers. Prevents latch hardware from loosening which could prevent proper latch operation. Contact Nordco service for warranty kits, machine serial number required.
PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT (Enhanced Product)
PSB 2008-005: Jaw mounting spacer kit 98410246
Applies to Model C and 99C Spikers, Two Tie Screw Spiker, Production Screw Spiker and M3 with hammer or screw spike modules. Holds spike jaws up so anvil or socket may be serviced more easily. Contact Nordco Parts Sales to order.
