NETP – Epoxy Tie Plugger

The Nordco NETP is a high-production machine able to fill spike holes while operating in rail or regaging gangs, even in extreme weather conditions.  The machine is equipped for two-operators, each using a single plugging gun assembly with disposable mixing cartridge and supported by a jib boom.  The NETP has a 400-gallon capacity of a non-foam, polyurethane plugging compound.  The machine is hydraulically propelled with variable walking speed.  Heavy-duty crawler assemblies are used for applications where the rail is removed.
